The Saucy Staff is the employee app for The Saucy Cup cafes in Elmwood Park and Wayne, New Jersey. Only employees with an account from a manager can use it. This policy explains what the app collects and why.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and a PIN you use to sign in.
- Your work schedule, shift swaps, clock-in and clock-out times.
- Your location at the moment you clock in or out, used only to confirm you are at the store. It is not tracked at any other time.
- Checklist entries, closing counts and photos you take for closing tasks.
- An optional profile photo.
- Pay stubs that the business uploads for you.
How we use it
Only to run the cafes: scheduling, time keeping, payroll, tasks and store security. Store managers and owners can see this information. Camera features are visible only to management.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, show ads, or share it with anyone outside The Saucy Cup except service providers that host the app (our web host) and when the law requires it.
Face ID
The app uses Face ID or your phone passcode to unlock. Face data stays on your iPhone and is never sent to us.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep employment records as long as the law requires. To see, correct or delete your information, ask a manager or email us.
